Pavilion Rentals

  • 4 hours 12pm-4pm $250
  • 8 hours 12pm-8:30pm $450
  • In addition to the rental fee, you are required to purchase a guest pass for each non-member guest.
  • With a paid pavilion rental, guest passes can be purchased at a 50% discount without a guest limit
  • All guests must check-in and be banded before the party and leave the premises at the end of the party.
  • Dates may be temporarily held for 48 hours with a $50 refundable deposit
  • To reserve at date in June prior to the official opening of the club, please contact NWambold@Tenbychaseswimclub.org
  • To reserve a date in June, July or August after opening day, please speak to the manager on duty at the guardhouse during  business hours.
  • Reservations are not confirmed until paid in full
  • Payments can be made via Venmo (@tenbychase-sc), cash or check.
