You must be an active member of the Tenby Chase Swim Club (with no over due fees) in order to rent any services at the club.
Blue Pop-Up Tent Rental
Our Blue Pop-up Tents, measuring 10ft x 10ft are the idea rental option for smaller events. One table is included with each rental. The tent can be placed in various spots within the club to accomodate your event.
The cost to rent the Pop-up Tent is $25.
- Guests are required to cleanup after their event.
- Guest passes are $6 per person
Pavilion Rental
The pavilion, measuring over 20 x 50ft, offers a large and open area to host your next event. The Pavilion offers the following features/ammenities:
- Covered roof to provide your guests with shade from the heat and rain
- Smooth concrete floor to provide comfort and safety for your guests
- Gas Grills (not available through reservation but rather on a first-come first served basis only)
- Picnic tables (4 to 6)
- Electrical outlets
- Ceiling fans
The cost to rent the Pavilion is $150 per event.
- Full payment is required at signup.
- Guest passes are $4 per person
- Guests are required to cleanup after the party in order to receive their security deposit.
- Cancellations must be made within 14 days of the scheduled event in order to be refunded the security deposit.
If you're having a small event and do not want to rent the Pavilion, rent the portable tent. The portable tent, measuring 10 x 20ft, is a great option for smaller events that do not require all of the ammenities of the Pavilion. The Portable Tent is just that, portable. The tent can be placed in various spots within the club to accomodate your event. Up to two tables will be provided for your function.
The cost to rent the Portable Tent is $50.

- Cancellations must be made within 14 days of the scheduled event in order to be refunded the security deposit.

Please note that in addition to the rental fee, each guest who will be swimming in the pool will require a Guest Pass (except for those under 5yrs and older than 62yrs). Guest Passes for party rentals are $6 to $4 depending upon the rental option (see below for more details).
Rental cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to the event in order to be refunced the deposit.
Please note that no glass containers of any kind are permitted within the club.
